The check-in desk will be open at 8:00 a.m.. Exhibitors should be set-up by 11:00 a.m. and are expected to stay until dusk each day.
The Festival will be limited to 50 exhibitors. The Festival Committee reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors in any one category and the right to final decision regarding entry into the show.
Deadline for return of applications will be May 15th.
Show dates are rain or shine.
We are requesting payment in full to accompany the application with an opportunity for full refunds up to May 16th. There will be no refunds after May 16th. NSF cheques will be subject to a $35.00 service charge.
First time exhibitors must submit five photos of work to be exhibited. These will be returned at “check in” on the date of the show.
All exhibitors making sales to the public are responsible for collecting and submitting their own HST.
No motorized vehicles or trailers will be allowed in the park under any circumstances.
The entry fee will be $800 + HST (total $904.00) for the two day event. A display area will consist of 12 feet wide x 12 feet deep. Tables and chairs will not be available.
Show management is not responsible for lost or damaged articles or displays under any circumstances.
A cheque MUST be included with your application to receive acceptance.
Food and general merchandise vendors wishing to participate at the festival are required to comply to the local Department of Health's rules and regulations by completing and returning a vendor application form.
Note: All vendors are required to carry sponsor related products if the wish to sell product in that specific sponsor protected category. (for example: water, soft drinks, etc.)
